Inspection trips will be a no pressure scenario carried out at your pace and with all your needs taken into consideration.

Once collected from the airport of arrival and ensuring that you are comfortable in your accommodation, a relaxed consultation shall take place to re-iterate all that you are looking for in finding the Spain of your dreams.

This will be followed by a tour of the prospective areas chosen by you as the potential location that appeals, again taken at your pace with plentiful stops to take in the surroundings.

This is done so that you can feel comfortable with the area chosen. If the area does not appeal then it naturally follows that the best property in the world will also not appeal!

Once we know you are happy with the area, and also that we feel it is right for you based upon what you have told us you are looking for in Spain, properties can then be viewed that match your requirements and that have been clarified in the first consultation. Once a property match is made and you are more than happy that this is right for you to buy, all aspects of the purchase are gone through in fine detail with nothing left out.

This will include the highlighting of all the financial cost, from reservations, deposits and full payment terms, to bank charges, notary fees, lawyers fees and tax implications. It is absolutely of paramount importance that Spirit Of Spain take the time to explain all these details and all costs are transparent to the you, nobody appreciates or likes nasty surprises.

Again it is our policy to ensure you are cared for and understand the full obligations of the process they are about to sign up for. On so many occasions estate agents reputations with both clients and promoters have been made or lost based on the clarity of this information.

Inspection Trip Expenses

At this time it is not Spirit Of Spain Properties policy to cover the cost of the initial inspection trip made by the client. However what we do promise is that once a purchase is made, the cost of the trip will then be refunded, up to a maximum value of € 300, which beats most of the current offers available.

As we feel that we care about our customers, we also like to think that our customers take great consideration in the steps that they are taking to buy in Spain, and that a little investment in good advice and care, is small in comparison to the consequences of making the wrong decision under ill advice.

That said it is our great pleasure in helping to arrange your inspection trip. Free airport collections and returns are a given of course, and we are happy to recommend and book accommodation on your behalf.
